The following dog breeds are not allowed (due to insurance reasons); Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terries, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.   

All pets must be meet in person.  Any pet that we are not comfortable with is grounds for rejection.

Deposit - Equal to one months rent

Lease Terms - 1 year lease. Section 8 not accepted.
